Co-creation Project Facilitation
As a neutral non-profit, and taking a design thinking approach, we facilitate the implementation of multi-stakeholder and co-created projects that advance digital credentials to fight cybercrime, protect our privacy and drive digital inclusiveness. Our project submissions come from Canada and abroad, with our most recent call for projects including submitters from France, Austria, USA, Germany and Switzerland. DTLab provides both intake and delivery services. DTLab works with submitters to shape their innovative idea into a properly scoped project, facilitates community input, drives the recruitment of participants and supports the submitter in identifying funding. DTLab facilitates the delivery of the project through strategic leadership and project management. Depending on the project, DTLab may also provide other resources such as researchers, developers, testing tools, hosting infrastructure, etc.
